s7a is an API platform operated by Seventh Marketing, a United States–based company (“s7a”, “we”, “us”). This policy describes what we collect through the s7a.io website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on s7a.io, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Your company website, if you choose to provide it.
• The message you write describing what you need.
• A basic traffic source label (for example, which campaign or referring site brought you here), derived from URL parameters or the referring page.

We also process your IP address transiently when you submit the form, solely to rate-limit abuse. We do not store it with your submission.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your request and, if you become a customer, setting up your account. Submissions are delivered to us by email (via our email provider, Resend) and recorded in a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) for follow-up. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Platform data

If you become an s7a tenant, data that flows through the platform’s APIs (for example, form submissions from your client sites) is processed on your behalf and per your configuration. We log request metadata (domains, counts, status codes) to operate metering and security; we minimize logging of request contents.

Cookies and analytics

The s7a.io marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party analytics scripts. The traffic source label described above is kept in your browser’s session storage and is only sent to us if you submit the form.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and deliver messages: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), and Google (spreadsheet storage and, where configured, Drive). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact submissions for as long as they are relevant to an active conversation or business relationship. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@mail.solomonmktg.com, and we will remove it from our records.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we handle tenant data are communicated to tenants directly.
