Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of the s7a.io website and, once you are issued a tenant and API keys, the s7a API platform (the “Service”), operated by Seventh Marketing, a United States–based company (“s7a”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.
Access
Access to the platform is by request. We review each request and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Tenants receive API keys that are issued per client site and may be revoked by the tenant or by us at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on domains you are authorized to operate.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, key restrictions, or tenant isolation.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, malware, or content you do not have the right to transmit.
- Keep server-side (sk) keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under your keys.
Your data
Data submitted through your client sites to the platform belongs to you and your clients. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data your integrations send through the platform, including any regulated data such as health-related information.
Fees
Pricing is agreed per tenant before access is granted. We will give reasonable notice before any change to agreed pricing takes effect.
Availability and changes
We operate the Service with care but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to active tenants.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we will, on request, make reasonable efforts to return or delete tenant configuration data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
